How duplicate line removal works
Step 1
Paste your list
Add any text with one item per line — a mailing list, keyword list or log file works well.

Remove duplicates
Click Remove duplicates to scan the list and keep only the first occurrence of each line; blank lines are dropped automatically.
Step 3
Sort if needed
Optionally use the sort option to also arrange the cleaned list alphabetically, then copy the result.
Frequently asked questions
Is duplicate detection case-sensitive?
No. "Example" and "example" are treated as the same line, and only the first version encountered is kept.
Does the tool trim extra spaces?
Yes. Leading and trailing whitespace on each line is trimmed before duplicates are compared and removed.
Are empty lines kept?
No. Blank lines are filtered out automatically as part of the cleanup.
